Incentives

Spence Neighbourhood Association offers two types of Incentives during the year:  The Community Initiatives Program and the Fix-Up Incentives Program.

​These Incentives help organizations or individuals make a difference in the Spence Neighbourhood.

Over the past couple of years we have an additional Incentive available:  Spence Neighbourhood Homebuyer Assistance Program.

• Up to $5,000 for community projects

Fix-Up Incentives Program

• Up to $2,500 to fix your home or rental property

Homebuyer Assistance Program

• Up to $14,000 to help purchase a home in the Spence,  Central Park, Centennial, West Alexander, Daniel McIntyre, or St Matthews neighbourhoods
